Crystal Opti-Shield+ has additionally been engineered to cure naturally without the need of any expensive equipment or special facility. Applying the coating guarantees an optimum high gloss hydrophobic coating which will bond to all paintwork surfaces for over 5 years. Crystal Opti-Shield+ is also ultra scratch resistant, preserving the paintworks original factory finish - increasing the resistance to swirl marks and scratches. Once applied Crystal Opti-Shield+ will withstand against any potential damaging environmental conditions, shielding and locking in the paintwork finish - preventing against fading for many years. Untreated paintwork would surrender under the torture of continuing UV radiation, leaving the targeted area faded and discoloured.

Crystal Opti-Shield+ is designed and developed with the latest state of the art high-tech ingredients, offering optimum gloss retention and the highest paintwork protection attainable - for over 5 years. Once applied, the coating will activate and begin crystallising, transforming to create a rock hard protective layer - which is also ultra slick and hydrophobic. As a result making it extremely difficult for dirt and grime to adhere to the surface. All of our formulations have been highly developed to ensure that anyone can apply the product. The coating cures naturally, without the need of expensive specialist equipment. Crystal Opti-Shield+ is engineered to adapt and withstand against all potential weather extremes, protecting the paintwork from freezing winter conditions, to the blazing summer sun. The constant changes in environmental conditions result in the vehicle panels expanding and shrinking year round. The chemical structure of Crystal Opti-Shield+ instinctively adapts instantaneously to the surrounding environmental conditions, without impacting the protective coating. Many other coatings on the market are unable to withstand and compensate against the strain in the movement of the panels, eventually cracking under the pressure. To further enrich gloss and magnify the hydrophobic water repellency (water beading) characteristics of Crystal Opti-Shield+, apply a layer of Crystal Opti-Gloss directly on top of Crystal Opti-shield+. Crystal Opti-Gloss can be applied every 6 months as a maintenance coat, restoring the water beading characteristics and slickness to the surface.

*Do not dry with an infrared light as causes the coating to dry to quickly Usage instructions:
1. Wipe down all surfaces using Coating & Residue Remover, if applying multiple layers this step is only required for the first layer.
2. Wrap the blue microfiber cloth around the applicator pad and drop between 5 and 10 drops of Crystal Opti-Shield+ onto the microfibre provided. Work the liquid into the microfibre to get an even saturation.
3. Apply in overlapping strokes to an area roughly 60x60cm, or work to the bodylines of the vehicle. If the surface temperature of the vehicle is 5-15°C wait two minutes and fold the first Ultra Plush Microfibre provided twice into a square and lightly remove the excess residue from the application. For temperatures 15-25°C remove after one minute, for temperatures above remove immediately (never apply in direct sunlight). then remove any remaining residue with the second microfibre cloth.
4. Multiple layers can be applied after 1-2 hours depending on the surface temperature (5-15°C – 2 hours/ 15-25°C 1 hour)
5. After 2 hours of applying the coating the surface is dry and the vehicle is ready to be driven. The product is so durable that the only way to remove to protective coating is by polishing it away.
6. Crystal Opti-Shield+ will fully crystallize over the period of a week.
7. To further enrich gloss and magnify the Hydrophobic (water beading) characteristics of Crystal Opti-shield+ further then apply a layer of Crystal Opti-Gloss every 6 months.
